The Parish Council is delighted to announce that the planning application for the redevelopment of Benians Pavilion is live on the EHDC planning portal.

We have been working hard to develop a future proof plan that meets the needs of both our existing and growing community and caters for social, wellbeing and sports groups. We are passionate and enthusiastic about what has been submitted and would encourage you to visit the planning portal to share your comments before the deadline of the 5th November 2025.
